About Sand Dollar Villa

Our villa is located in a group of homes called the Beach Villas.  The two-bedroom/two-bath house is complete with full kitchen, living room, dining area, screen porch and outdoor patio.  The villa sleeps up to four people comfortably.

The bedrooms are on the opposite ends of the house and they have their own bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen and the second bedroom has two twin beds.  There is plenty of closet space.  All the rooms have ceiling fans and the house has central air and heat.  We also offer a ham radio setup for guests.

There is a patio on the front of the house with outdoor furniture.  A screened porch is adjacent to the master bedroom.  There is an outdoor shower next to this porch, which is a great way to rinse off the sand before you go inside.

We strive to maintain our home in the best possible condition for your vacation.  The villa has been extensively renovated, including all new appliances.  The house is completely stocked with dishes, silverware, linens, towels and almost anything else you might need.
